Indian Village Picnic Ground

Indian Village is located just inland of 17-Mile Drive at Dunes Drive south of Seal Rock Creek. Indian Village now consists of a 20 acre parcel of primarily mature Monterey pine forest with a park-like clearing and picnic facilities as well as the well-known Casita de Lemos (Gingerbread House) visible from 17 Mile Drive. Access is by graded dirt road from Dunes Drive.

• 1-25 People — $250.00
• 26-100 People — $400.00
• 101-150 People — $550.00
• 151-200 People — $700.00
  (maximum capacity is 200 people)

The Del Monte Forest Conservancy is a non-profit 501.C (3) organization which relies on donations to conserve the open space and greenbelt. Additional donations are always appreciated.

SECURITY/KEY DEPOSIT

A $200.00 refundable security/key deposit is required from all who reserve Indian Village.
